OBJECTIVE
The objective of "Traditional Yoga Teacher Training Course" is to produce knowledgeable, competent and committed yoga teachers through the proper traditional way, which is developed under spiritual guidance of Mahayogi Thakur Sri Janakinath Brahmachari, following the spiritual ideology of Mahayogi Sri Loknath Brahmachari. Mahayogi Sri Loknath Brahmachari spent more then 100 years of his life in learning and practicing all the stages of Yoga Sadhana (Ashtanga Yoga & Vedantic Sadhana) and achieved the higest level, a human body can achieve.
Most of the Yoga systems have become modernized nowadays, which can provide only cardiovascular effects like other aerobic exercises. The name Yoga is there but the benefits of Yoga are not there. We believe, this system will help the Yoga Teachers to provide their student with all the benefits of Yoga practice through a safe teaching method.
