Mahayogi Sri Loknath Brahmachari at Baradi ashram.

Bangkadesh is the holy place (now an independent country), where Mahayogi Loknath Brahmachari came down from Himalaya mountain. He spent few months in Chandranath Hills range of Chittagong in a deep jungle with the tigers, then came down to Doudkandi village. A big temple has also been made in this village in memory of Mahayogi by his devotees.

Sri Sri Baba Loknath Brahmachari Ashram, Baradi of Bangladesh. Mahayogi used to live here from 1864 till 1890, last 26 years of his life and left his body on 2nd June 1890 at the age of 160 years.

Chandranath Hills Range of Chittagong

During ancient time, Chandranath hills were the abode of Yogis. The jungle of this area was full of tigers and others dreadful animals. After a few days, Shri Benimadhav left for Kamrup Kamakhya in Assam for further Yoga-Sadhana and Baba Loknath stayed there. This was the place, where Baba Loknath saved A renowned Yogi Sri Vijoykrishna’s life from the jungle fire.

Shakti Ousodhalaya Dhaka (capital city of Bangladesh)

Shakti Ousodhalaya is a factory for Ayurveda medicine in Swamibag, Dhaka to introduce this ancient medicine into human society, which is established by one of the ardent disciples of Mahayogi Sri Loknath Brahmachari, - Sri Mathuramohon Chakraborty. This medicine factory became very famous during that time in all over India and Myanmar by the great mercy of Baba Loknath and was named Shakti (power) Ousodhalaya (medicine factory), Dhaka. In this year, he also constructed a nice temple of Baba Loknath inside the factory.
