In Sanskrit, Trataka means to look or to gaze. It is also known as Third eye Meditation, which works on Ajna Chakra.

Solar Plexus energy center or Manopura Chakra is considered as an important area of our body. This is a yellow color ten petals lotus believed to be located just 2 inches above the navel. This energy center is associated with Fire elements or Agni Tatva and with the endocrine gland – Pancreas.
This Chakra is the seat of Emotions. It gives us a sense of personal power in the world. Blockage manifests as anger or a sense of victimization and metabolic disorders. This chakra brings us energy and will power, when healthy.
